Antwerp Art Weekend is a citywide manifestation for contemporary art in Antwerp, where art venues in and around the city join forces to celebrate and promote contemporary art as a valuable and essential part of society. The Antwerp Art Weekend is the best way to experience the city's flourishing art scene, with a plethora of galleries, art spaces and museums to discover. Venues go all out to deliver an expanded program and extracurricular activities.

Since 2014, Antwerp Art connects and promotes the activities by its vibrant contemporary art scene, ranging from renowned museums and galleries, to project spaces, the artist-in-residence program, two prominent art schools, the Kunsthal and young, upcoming artist initiatives, by listing relevant exhibitions and organizing the yearly Antwerp Art Weekend.

Antwerp Art is a non-profit organization and is supported by its members and the City of Antwerp.
Het Antwerp Art Weekend is een stadswijde manifestatie voor hedendaagse beeldende kunst in Antwerpen, waarbij kunstruimtes in en rond de stad de handen in elkaar slaan om hedendaagse kunst te vieren en verder te promoten als een waardevol en essentieel onderdeel van de maatschappij. Het Antwerp Art Weekend is de beste manier om de stad en zijn bloeiende kunstscene te ervaren, met een enorme hoeveelheid galeries, art spaces en musea om te ontdekken. Ruimtes halen alles uit de kast om een uitgebreid programma aan te bieden met tal van extra activiteiten.

Sinds 2014 verbindt en promoot Antwerp Art de activiteiten van deze levendige hedendaagse kunstscene, gaande van gevestigde musea en galeries, tot projectruimtes, een residentieprogramma, twee prominente kunstscholen, de Kunsthal en jonge kunstenaarsinitiatieven, door relevante tentoonstellingen te agenderen en het jaarlijkse Antwerp Art Weekend te organiseren.
